I. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of subscribing, you can cancel your calibration model subscription and receive a full refund.

- If you cancel after the 7-day window, you will not be eligible for a refund but will have access to the service for the remainder of your billing period.

- Refunds may take 1-5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.

‍II. Delivery Policy
‍Successful signup and payment grants immediate access to your subscribed models. You will receive a confirmation email with subscribed models.

‍III. Return Policy
‍Due to the digital nature of our service, returns are not applicable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time (refer to the Cancellation Policy below).

‍IV. Cancellation Policy
‍You can cancel your calibration model subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours for the monthly subscription and 30 days for the annual subscription before your renewal date. You will have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
